When we saw this wooden chair in our Bearden Goodwill, we know that it was an excellent base for a Pinspiration project. It had great details, but some chipped paint and a worn-out seat cushion. With Spring flowers as our inspiration, we went to work adding some color and brightness to this Goodwill find.
Armed with determination, Mod Podge, a can of spray paint and some upholstery fabric, we used this tutorial for a no-sew "reupholstered" chair.
Overall, the project only took a couple hours, most of which was drying time for the new paint and Mod Podge. Now, we have a fresh look that we were able to show off on WVLT Local 8 Now's Pinspiration segment as part of National Goodwill Week.
